Our normal drafting rates are $50.00 an hour unless otherwise stipulated for those SPECIAL RETAINER WORK projects,  and our custom CAD or 3-D Solids modeling work is just $75.00 an hour.   See SPECIAL OFFFERS BELOW.

We also do "As-Builts" and "Building  Mapping"  for just about any project that needs floorplans or layouts for contract requirements.  See SPECIAL OFFERS BELOW.

Our basic minimum is only $150.00 for 3-hours of normal work.

Board drafting services are a 50% increase over basic CAD rates, 

and final prints, PDF & PAPER for customers are included for all BBD work.
